Using Exabyte tape drives - Creating DDP files

Those who work professionally creating CDs may prefer not to burn directly to CD-R, but instead create a file in DDP format (according to the DCA standard), for example on Exabyte tape.
Cube-Tec Development GmbH, in conjunction with Steinberg, provide such a solution as an addition to WaveLab. The product is called DDP-Solution.
DDP-Solution has the following features (and more):
-Saves CD images directly to Exabyte tape or hard disk, in DDP format
-Automatic Verify
-Audio play
-DDP report printout
-Compatible with Sonic Solutions, SADiE and DCA systems
-Automatically creates basic audio CDs from DDP files
-Allows for DDP Data Burst before or after the audio data
-Allows you to monitor the data transfer rate to and from the drive
-Reads DDP image files in the "Import Audio CD Tracks" dialog

Tako je Idekius, nije te mrzelo i nasao si. Sada svi proizvodjaci Daw-ov, polako uvidjaju da je klijenteli potrebna mogucnost odradjivanja kompletne procedure za izradu finalnog materijala koji se isporucuje fabrici.

Dakle, stvari idu svojim tokom... bice i pristupacno, ako vec nije... trazim jos , i cak ce i nasi duduci morati da prihvate DDP... posto su prednosti ocigledne...

Ovo je brosura koju sam dobio 96 godine.Tako da su neki detalji mozda i zastareli, ali ovo vam je prica o standardu koji i danas vazi, kod pripreme audia za proizvodnju glasmaster.
Nisam mogao da stavim celu brosuru jer bi bilo previse, ali kad je vec covek pitao o DDP-u, da se nesto i vidi.
