?to se tiče pr?enja CD-a, čim to skontam javim ti. Za sada sam uspostavio komunikaciju PC(komp) - ZIP drive i uspio napraviti backup sa njega. Sa programom EXTREME SAMPLE CONVERTER (3.5.3) se mo?e napraviti program sa instrumentima (samplovima) i konvertirati u AKAI "sliku" (.nrg) koju nakon toga (u teoriji) pr?i? (nare?e?) i to je to; samo nisam jo? isprobao jer je sampler kod elektroničara na provjeri.
?to se tiče MESE, ka?u da bi se koristila sa AKAI-em mora se nadogradit njegov software u verziju 2.0; zna? li o tome ne?to?
Dodatno čudna stvar je to ?to u njemu ima 2x32MB RAM-a a maximum je 32....to mi nije jasno nikako!?

Normalono je da pise Inactive kad nije na odgovarajucem portu... Chekiraj detaljno i namestices ga da radi..
Ako uspes da narezes cd, javi obavezno ovde kako si uspeo..

Q) If I have a CD-RECORDER and any AKAI formatted media, can I make my own AKAI CD-ROMs for storage or whatever?

A) Yes! You can create your own AKAI CD-ROMs, but you'll need a few things: firstly a correctly installed CD-Recording unit (any kind or brand should work fine), next a 540MB AKAI formatted HD with the stuff you want to master on your CD and a little program called DISK2FILE, but you can do without it if you have a CD-Recording software with the option to create ISO images from RAW SCSI devices: this is what DISK2FILE does, it converts any type of OS formatted SCSI media in a DOS ISO file ready to be written to your CD or be compressed for storage. You can find this software through a link on my AKAI page. Ok, once you have your AKAI formatted HD hooked up to your CD-R SCSI chain to your PC and have installed DISK2FILE, you can launch it and select the ID of your AKAI HD. Now make your ISO image by selecting DISK2FILE mode and clicking on read. One note is to be made here: most CDr softwares want to detect a valid block size when opening the ISO file so you will need to manually check that the total selected sectors in the DISK2FILE window are a multiple of 2048. If the total sectors aren't perfectly dividable by 2048 then trim the end sector amount in order to reach this multiple (don't worry you will not loose data when reducing the end sector by a few bytes - you will never reach the exact end anyway). Once finished making the ISO image of your AKAI HD or any other removable media (ZIP, JAZ etc) you can launch your CD-r software. The options may vary depending on the software you have, but you should find something like "burn CD from ISO image" or "create CD from external image". It will then ask you where the ISO file is located so just select your new file and you're ready to go!. Click on make CD (burn) and you should be creating your first home made AKAI CD! Just one note: if you have a HD or removable media that is larger than 510MBs, the surplus will be wasted space (not indexed by AKAI), if you have one smaller than 510MB, you will only be able to create a CD of that same size, without the possibility of appending other sessions - AKAI CDs are all MODE 1 and not multisession. To be more precise, they are just the "dump" of what you have on your HD or removable media on a CD - the AKAIs (up to the 3200XL) do not know the difference between a CD or HD or ZIP, they just load data in 512b/s blocks and use the standard SCSI-1 commands to access the device(s).

Hvala ti na trudu ali prije ovog foruma, ja sam "?ivio" par dana na internetu i naravno da sam ovo prona?ao.
Ova je metoda zavr?na i naravno da funkcionira. Problem nastaje kad sam sebi ?eli? napraviti CD sa SET UP-om po vlastitom izboru od samplova drugih formata i to različitih. Tada je potreban AWAVE STUDIO 1.0 koji dozvoljava da sam stvara? instrumente, programe, ritmove....od raznih AUDIO formata (samplova) dok ne postigne? ?eljeno. Nakon toga dolazi KONVERTIRANJE u ?eljeni format pa PR?ENJE (rezanje) koje je opisano gore. Sve to vrijedi kad ?eli? "komunicirati" sa AKAI-em putem CD-a, drugi postupak je direktna komunikacija PC-AKAI preko MESA 2 programa koja je meni privlačnija. Kad odradim sve ove postupke sa zadovoljavajučim ishodom, rado ću objaviti ISKUSTVO i PRAKTIČNE POTEZE.
Ovim THREAD-om sam mislio naići na nekog ko je sve ovo već odradio u cijelosti pa "posuditi" znanje. Drugi forumi nisu ni reagirali, jedino smo nas trojica koji o ovome "ne?to znamo".

pa pazi...Akai 3000 je STARA sprava!!! Cak je i MESA stari software...bio je AkSys software koji ide sa USB kartom za kompjuter (- E to je mega soft!! - Lako za ucitavanje, editovanje, pronalazenje sounda itd...drag & drop fazon!
Mada je I ON BIO SPOR ...! USB 1!)

nemoj mnogo da ocekujes od sprave...njen zlatni period je davno prosao.
kazem ti kao neko ko je do skora imao S900, CD3000i, CD3000XL i S6000 sa svim zivim dodatnim filterima, efektima, diskovima itd itd...

Soft sampler je sve to ostavio u prasini.......

i nemoj mnogo da se smaras i gubis vreme i komplikujes zivot sebi.

Svaka čast.
Sla?em se sa tobom i ne očekujem puno od njega, koristit će se za minimalno kao ?to sam i prije rekao. Software je daleko br?i,efikasniji, prilagodljiviji ali ono ?to taj AKAI daje zahvaljujući svojim unutarnjim AD/DA konverterima je posebno: toplina, mekoća, kao da je ?IV. Software nema te karakteristike. Naravno, imam LAOTOP + externa M_AUDIO kartica + KONTAKT 3 i sa njime radim ?to me volja i kako me volja ali neda mi vrag mira pa ispitujem i taj AKAI.
Ka?e? da si imao CD3000XL, ima? kakav praktičan, isproban savjet glede "krcanja" te ma?ine?
