Pokvareni RODE NT2 OPET!

Evo drugari kog zanima sta se desilo sa Rode-om.

U Artistu nisu uspeli ni da indetifikuju kvar posle 2-3 meseca koliko je mikrofon bio kod njih i vratili su mi ga,

Mikrofon je jos uvek kod Sinevoice-a, covek mu je nasao kvar ali kaze da ne moze da ga popravi.

A ovo sam pismo dobio od Rode-a vezano za 10 Years Warranty, i u prevodu na srpski znaci "Kupi novi Rode NT2A pa ce dobijes"

Evo vam mail koji sam dobio od njih:
Dear Jan.
The RODE 10 Year Warranty is effective on products purchased new (now) and that purchase detail registered on the website.
This warranty condition was introduced during 2008.
An NT2A purchased now, and registered on the website would indeed be covered by the 10 Year Warranty.

You cannot suddently effect a 10 year warranty on an old (long discontinued) product!.

The NT2 is several years old and there are very few of its components still available.

Warranty was 1 year (as can be seen clearly in your original owners manual).

I would expect the dealer to check out the NT2A for you and at least identify the fault. Then, he (of more precisely the Distributor Music Exports, should check with us IF we do have the necessary component to repair it). In the case of the NT2, it is likely that we would NOT in fact have components now. Production totally changed over to ALL new models at the time the NT2 was discontinued.

Unless the Dealer/Distributor has old stock there, it is likely to be a terminal problem. Sorry indeed for the inconvenience.
A consolation is that the NT2A remains a similar price to that of the old NT2 but is a far superior product (with 10 Year Warranty).
