Prvi je bio iAtkos S3 10.6.3, dakle distribucija, sve je bilo normalno u sistemu osim ovoga sa pluginovima, a pored toga Pro Tools je imao greske cesto i sve je delovalo nekako teze, ceo sistem.
Drugo sto smo uradili bila je Vanilla instalacija, gde je samo sistem podignut i za pocetak smo samo najosnovnije kext-ove ubacili u extra folder, Disabler i jos dva-tri, eventualno u system/Library/Extensions kext za integrisanu zvucnu kartu, dakle sve je radilo normalno unutar sistema, ali i dalje problem kao i sa iAtkos S3. DSDT nismo editovali, mada sam i to pokusao, ali kako to slabije poznajem, imam neki GUI DSDT Patcher pa sam na jedan klick nesto uradio i to je bilo sve. Gledao sam na netu da se DSDT mnogo ozbiljno edituje, ali nisam u to ulazio, jer je bilo mnogo informacija i bilo je u pitanju kodiranje i programiranje, bar kako mi se tada ucinilo. Ako sam najbolje razumeo, DSDT se edituje da bi se hardware sto vise problizio native Mac, je li tako? Da li je moguce da je sve ovo izazvano zbog 32 bit moda, ili je u pitanju DSDT? Postoji li neki benchmark, ili nesto slicno da proverimo kako sistem radi, kako manipulise memorijom, diskovima, procesorom i slicno? Last edited by kravadinka; 19-02-2011 at 03:39 AM. |

ajde postavi rezultate Xbench-a i Geekbench-a za osx pa da vidimo sta cemo dalje.. a imam i odlicnu komb za DSDT al to cemo kasnije

E ovako, trenutno nemam instaliran 10.6, ali tu mi je 10.5.8 iDeneb, ali hajde da vidimo sta je sa njim jer se i ovde desavaju cudne stvari, pa cu instalirati i Snow kasnije...

ovo djeluje ok skroz... ovako nek ti Snow instalacija bude sa DSDT-om, pa da vidimo kako ce onda protools raditi
ovaj momak ce da ti ga napravi http://www.insanelymac.com/forum/ind...owtopic=235523 posaljes mu taj fajl sto trazi i on ti vrati dsdt... od u Extra folderu ces samo imati kext FakeSMC kext i ovaj DSDT ja sam moj podigao sa iboot-om i multibeast-om, i radi odlicno i7 konfiguracija 250 bodova ima na xbench |

Hmm, ne vredi... Instalirao Snow, uradio DSDT Patch bas za moju plocu, pokrenuo Geekbench, sad pokazuje malo bolje rezultate nego 10.5.8, ali cim otvorim Pro Tools-problem, zaglavljuje kad se loaduje plugin, kad sesija stoji i do 45 sekundi, kad je u pokretu i do minut i po...
Dva kontakta u u projektu, na jednom Electri6iti, na drugom Mixosaurus, Activiti Monitor pokazuje da je PT oko 2.85GB memorije zauzeo, a od celih 4GB overall pokazuje da je ostalo nesto oko 25 MB. Po Xbench i Geekbench sistem radi bolje, sto bih i mogao da primetim, ili da istripujem, ali PT katastrofa, nema razlike kad menjam 1-2-3-4 procesora u RTAS Engine, pomislio sam da moze biti do procesora, kako ga Snow vidi i kako njime upravlja. A opet, ima veze sa kolicinom memorije, sto je vise upotrebljeno sve je gore... Sa druge strane, na Windows 7 sve radi savrseno, gotovo nema cekanja da se plugin pojavi i proradi, na 105.8 je to osetno bolje, ali i dalje veoma lose... Evo kako to izgleda na 10.6: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XH89AnHc34c Cudna je stvar, sa Pro Tools 9 se ovo ne desava, kao sto se ovo ne desava bilo kome ko ima Mac, proverio sam licno, Mac Pro radi najnormalnije, a ne bi trebao biti mnogo bolji od moje konfiguracije... Igla u plastu sena... Jedno pitanje, da li ovi rezultati Xbench i Geekbench u potpunosti pokrivaju hardware i software, to jest kako rade zajedno? Da li ovi dobri rezultati u potpunosti odstranjuju sumnju da se radi o nekoj nekompatibilnosti, ili je to samo povrsan test? |

Mali update...
Otovrio sam 18 instrument kanala, svih 18 su avid instrumenti, sve radi perfektno. Zauzece memorije 4 GB, samo PT je na 2.88 GB. Cim sam otvorio jedan Kontakt 4, disaster! Da li je moguce da Kontakt 4 pravi ove probleme? Nema logike, niko nije prijavljivalo ove probleme po celom netu... |

mislim da digijev hardver ima problema sa pt 9 i snow leopardom,al bi trebalo da je to reseno u 10.6.6. tako da probas da updatujes!
