Bilo bi jasno sa nuendom , gde na pocetnoj stranici pise H2o ili sl ..... ali ne kapiram za efekte ???

Mislim da je ovo ipak samo prica ..... oni mogu da dodju kao inspekcija ..... to da .... ali kao klijent , ne kapiram sta mogu da vide ..... a bilo bi jako cudno da klijent pocne da ti pretura po instalacijama .....

Bice da si ti u pravu! To je vise kao neka prica da se zaplase ljudi, a realnost je skroz drugacija. Sto se mene tice, ne pada mi na pamet da govorim nikom sta koristim i sta radim, osim naravno svojim kolegama sa foruma. Zato predlazem toj inspekciji da se prvo uclane na nas forum..pa da vide kako Musa dere jarca...

EXCLUSIVE: In an unprecedented move, Waves Audio Ltd has instigated a series of investigations aimed at discovering and collecting payment from unauthorised users of its software, Pro Sound News Europe has learned. Employing undercover agents, the company has obtained video evidence and is now threatening court action to back up its claims for payments plus damages. Waves, with offices in Tel-Aviv and the US, is also expected to roll out the action globally, writes Gez Kahan.

The operation began earlier this year as teams of investigators posing as potential clients visited facilities in the UK and US to gather evidence, secretly filming studio owners and engineers demonstrating or discussing 'cracked' copies of Waves plug-ins. A prominent education establishment is also believed to be implicated.

Users later received an official letter from Waves's collection agents advising them of intent to prosecute, followed by an offer to settle out of court for a sum several times in excess of the list price of the item concerned. The story first surfaced through forum chatter on the gearslutz.com website.

Both Waves and its collection agents in the UK and the USA have confirmed that the investigations have taken place and that this is part of BanPiracy, a continuing global campaign, although PSNE has not yet had definite proof of investigations in other territories. The agents also confirmed that steps are being taken to secure both payment for the licences and penalties for the alleged infringements but refused to divulge how many potential actions are in progress.

At least six well-known UK studios are known to be involved. Studio owners, who do not wish to be named, have told PSNE that the investigations took place during February to April this year, with solicitors' letters arriving some two to three months later. It is not believed that any cases have yet come to court.

Pa znaju da je dovoljno da se pojavi jedan ovakav text (a kontam da su ga verovatno sami sastavili) na ovakvim forumima i niko vise nece nasedati na price "daj da vidim sta imas od plagova, a ako imas waves-e uuuuuu al bi to bilo do jajeta, odmah snimamo al daj bas da vidim". Pa zar nije najbezbolnije na par mesta pustiti patku da se salju agenti po studijima i imas isti ili slican efekat kao da si ih stvarno poslao? I ako te pitaju da li imas waves-e, ti mozes reci imam, ali ne kontam sto bi im i pokazivao (waves-i ko waves-i) , a ako im ne pokazes uvek mozes reci da si lagao

taj izum je dosta star a koristi se i kod nas u nekim drugim oblicima

Npr. Imash firmu i zhelish svima smanjit plache za 15 %, ali se boish da bi dio ljudi mogao burno reagirati i time izazvati "lanchanu reakciju". Dva mjeseca prije objave smanjenja plache na oglasnoj plochi zatrazhish 10-ak dobrovoljaca koi bi zheljeli preseliti u drugi grad (npr. iz Zagreba u Benkovac) i tamo raditi u novoj poslovnici firme sljedechih 6 mjeseci dok se posao ne uhoda.
Znajuchi da dobrovoljaca neche biti ljudi se pochnu bojati prisilnog preseljenja (ili otkaza ako odbiju preseljenje) i kad nakon mjesec dana kolektivne nervoze objavish da zbog financijskih teshkocha otkazujesh otvaranje poslovnice u Benkovcu i smanjujesh svima dohotke za 15 % svim radnicima nekako padne "kamen sa srca" i budu zadovoljni shto su firmu bash sad zadesile teshkoche. Par pojedinaca mozhda svejedno prigovori ali vechina che biti sretna smanjenjem plache

Uveravam vas da nije patka, vec istina, jedan studio (kompleks) iz Svedske se kod mene interesovao da kupi nekoliko Waves-ovih paketa, posto su im STVARNO dosli agenti, i sad moraju da kupe po paket Wavesa za SVAKI kompjuter koji koriste u studiju, ukupno nekih 6-7000 EUR. Ovo je informacija iz prve ruke!
