UAD-2 DUO FLEXI - par nejasnoća

maloprije sam postao par pitanja i nedoumica na UAD forum - pa da ne prevađam sve....copy/paste

I ordered UAD-2 Duo Flexi and I have a couple of questions:

1) Is UAD-2 working on Windows 7 32-bit? (Cubase SX3, RME HDSP9632)

2) Is there a noticable difference when installing UAD on Magma or on-board PCI slot - and if so what is a better solution?
I'm out of slots on my mobo

3) What 500$ worth of plugins would you recommend for production of mainly electronic music (tech-house, dub...)?
ALL of UAD videos, tutorials and articles were done on strickly acoustic material...

4) Does any of UAD plugins has an external sidechain feature? So I can for example feed my kick track in cubase sx 3 to another track (pad or bass).


...I already have TC Powercore firewire and I love it's reverbs (but hate their support - It's currently NOT working on Win7) - has anyone done any comparations with new UAD reverbs (EMT250, Plate140) and Powercore MegaVerb?
Or UAD's Precision MultiBand VS Powercore's MasterX3?
I really need to figure out how to spend that 500$

• PRECISION MASTERING BUNDLE - 450$

And ONE LAAAAST question ))
If I have 500$ coupon and buy something worth 700$, only 200$ will be charged on my credit card right? No tricks here? It's that simple?
