  1. Keep the old card.
    Since you can keep the old card, just keep both cards in your computer ? they will run nicely together, and the mkII card will also run your optional plug-ins, even if they are registered to the old card.
  2. Send the old card to TC.
    As part of the upgrade service, TC will offer to generate new licenses of all TC distributed plug-ins for the new card. In this case, you'll have to send in the old card, which TC will keep.
