I downloaded Pro tools 8 from digi site an i think i got the virus from the download. I changed harddrive and loaded it on that hard drive and got the same error. I even got another computer an loaded it on it, same result. So i guess its on the Dvd that i put it on. Good luck Mine is working as of 10.00pm 8-18-09
