Default Ljudi pomagajte!

Situacija je kompleksna u pitanju je tehnicki dio prirode, naime o cemu se radi:

Pripremam zvukove za upolad da se moze skidati preko telekom mreze i dobio sam slijedece specifikacije:

************************************

Audio Format Specifications
Audio content must be supplied as Waveform (WAV) audio format files, which is
the audio file format standard for storing audio on personal computers. It is the
main format used on Windows systems for raw audio. Though a WAV file can hold
compressed audio, the most common WAV format contains uncompressed audio in
the pulse-code modulation (PCM) format. PCM is the standard audio file format for
audio CDs. It contains two channels, 16 bits per sample. Although WAV files can be
large, they provide the highest quality and are relatively easy to edit and manipulate.
Additional formats for encodings required in the system are automatically created
when the content is uploaded to the CMP.
The WAV format must be the original 1991 specification (?Multimedia Programming
Interface and Data Specifications 1.0″, Microsoft and IBM), and not one of the later
specifications (1994 and 2001). This can be checked by examining the beginning of the
file. It should have the string data 36 bytes from the start.
Table 1: Audio WAV Format
WAV Property WAV Format
Sample Rate 22050 Hz
Sample Size 16 bit
Channels 1 (mono)
Data Rate 352 Kbits per second (Kbps)

Filename Specifications
Audio filenames can be any legal Windows filename and must contain English
language characters only. Though not an absolute requirement, it is highly
recommended to avoid using spaces and other special characters in the filename.
Comverse recommends the following content filename conventions:
Source file: .wav

File Length Specifications
Audio files should typically start at the hook of the song and continue to the end
of the track. You should be aware that the average ring time is under 15 seconds,
and prepare the audio file accordingly.
To prevent callers confusing the audio file content with number unobtainable, user busy,
and so on, avoid including any segments of the audio track that might mimic network
call progress tones.
The minimum time duration for supplied audio files is five seconds.

WAV Header Specifications
The structure for the WAV header, as assumed by the CMP.
WAV Header Specifications
Data Type Data Length Description
BYTE riffID[4] ?RIFF? word
DWORD riffLen RIFF length in Hexadecimal bytes = 5292352 bytes= 5.04 MB
BYTE waveID1[4] ?WAVE? word
BYTE waveID2[4] ?fmt? word +1 or +2 bytes. If written ?WAVEfmtEx?, it is not supported
DWORD waveLen 4 bytes length of WAVE data
WORD Tag 2 bytes wave tag data
WORD wChannel 2 bytes count of channels (=2 stereo)
DWORD dwSample 4 bytes sample rate (44100 Hz = 0x0000AC44)
DWORD dwByte 4 bytes (176400 bps = 0x0002B110)
WORD wAlign 2 bytes (does not matter)
WORD wSample 2 bytes (16 bit, 0x10)
BYTE dataID[4] "data" word. In extended it is something else
DWORD dataLen If ?data? word is present, then the first 4 bytes define the data length, example 0x0050C000=5292032 bytes = 5.04 MB

Source Sound Quality Limitations
Only WAV files can be uploaded to the CMP. It is possible to use MP3 audio files that
have been originally converted from CD-quality source files, but these files must be
converted back into WAV files, which are then uploaded to the CMP.
Minimum file requirements needed for converting MP3 files to WAV
files to achieve the highest quality sound file:
MP3 Property Minimum Requirement
Sample Rate 44.1 kHz
Channels 1 (mono)
Data Rate 128 Kbps

The following types of files should not be used as source files for conversion toWAV:
VOX: Used for voice samples; not appropriate for music files
G.711 PCM a/u-law: Used for IVR interfaces
Adaptive Multi-Rate (AMR): Used for voice recordings in Multimedia Message
Service (MMS) messages

Volume Specifications
Audio files uploaded to the CMP should be normalized to -1 dBFS. Comverse
recommends that RMS power for the whole track should lie between -9 dB maximum
and -20 dB minimum (average is -14 dB, which is comparatively good).
Content is tested by actually listening to material after it has been processed by the system
and mixed with the ITU tone (if so required). RMS power is not a precise measurement of
perceived loudness, so meeting these guidelines does not guarantee that a particular item
will be accepted. Conversely, material outside of these guidelines might still be acceptable.

*************************************************

i napravio sam wav sa slijedecim parametrima:

*danilo.wav*
Wav (PCM), 22050, 16-bit mono
sa RMS-om od -11db

i medjutim njihov sistem prijavljuje slijedece dvije greske:

1. Uploaded file is not in the recognized and supported format list.

2. Transcoder error: source asset beginning clipping point is greater than end clipping point. Action: Edit beginning clipping point of source asset.

tenks anyway
