Open the Start menu. Right-click on Computer and choose Properties.
Click on Device Manager in the upper left corner.
In the Device Manager window, double-click on Universal Serial Bus Controllers.
Double-click on the first USB Root Hub item.
Click on the Power Management tab.
Uncheck the box that says 'Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power.' and click OK.
Repeat this process for all other USB Root Hub items.

Ako imas USB HD-ove, ako nisu esencijalni za rad u DAW-u, iskljuci ih, takodje i bilo koji drugi 'veliki potrosac', ako je na USB-u.

U najgorem slucaju, probaj je na drugoj maticnoj, mozda je south bridge issue, a ako nije ni to, verovatno si dobio 'lose jaje' od Focusrite-a, pa menjaj da se ne nerviras dalje.
