Go to Control Panel > System > Advanced > Performance: Settings > Data Execution Prevention.
Check the box that says "Turn on DEP for all programs and services except those I select". Then click on the Add button and choose the file SYNSOPOS.EXE, which should be found at C:\Program Files\Syncrosoft.
