Default Re: Koliko vjerovati mojim AKG slusalicama?

Postavio sam neka pitanja na AKG forumu i nakon nekoliko dana cekanja, konacno je stigao sluzbeni odgovor na moje pitanje pa tako prenosim pitanje i odgovor:

I own a pair of K141 Studio and consider them my reference headphones at the moment. I mostly use them to check my mixes. Could you please compare K141 Studio and Monitor more thoroughly because I haven't been able to hear the Monitor version anywhere and I know that they are quite legendary. Which one of them would you consider more "flat" and balanced? Also, in terms of sound, is K240 Studio very different from K141 Studio?

The "Studio"s are already equipped with transducers with the new XXL-diaphragm-technology. As a result they provide the same sound-character, however with improved dissolution and clearness, particularly of the high end and a more precise reproduction of the bass. The output volume is sufficient with portable gear also, whereas - caused by the high impedance - the "monitor" of both types (K141 such as K240) will in some cases not achieve sufficient output volume with more modern equipment, this is due to the low voltage design of portable gear.
The models 141 and 240 differ (at least theoretically) only by the kind of resting on the head (resp. the ear) but not in the sound.
The K 141 is supra-aural whereas the K 240 is circum-aural.
Differences can arise only by differences how they sit on (or fit to) the head.
Here however no statement is to be made, since the differences are experienced very subjectively.

Vrlo mi je zanimljiv odgovor, osobito ovaj dio o razlikama izmedju K141 i K240, buduci da su K240 nesto skuplje i cesce ih se vidi u studijima.
